Rebecca is a highly commercial, innovative lawyer with 25 years’ experience in the residential property market. She leads a team of 60 professionals in a business model which is geared to deliver profitable and innovative solutions to clients.

Rebecca’s business is cutting edge and she brings a real difference as a leader, drawing on her experience in one of the early parts of law to be commoditised. Her expertise is immersed deeply in legal technologies, bringing together legal, commercial, operational and technology skills that deliver solutions which enhance margins, deliver efficiencies and improve performance.

Rebecca’s extensive experience in the residential property market enables her to lead the team on all pre-eminent work in this sector in the South West region and beyond. The team Rebecca leads handle over 5000 transactions per annum putting it in the top 30 largest advisors on residential transactions in the UK. Previous team award nominations include:

Outside of Conveyancing Services, Rebecca also runs a number of firmwide projects and provides broader assistance to other legal departments within the firm to deliver efficiencies and improve performance; including reviewing operating models, people, processes and technology solutions.

Rebecca and her team provide volume real estate services for some of the firm’s high profile and larger clients in the Islamic Finance, Financial Services and Energy Sectors which enhance and support the strategic direction of the firm.

Rebecca is kept very busy by two active teenagers and spends her free time planning her next holiday.
