Sophie is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Commercial Property team. She has extensive experience dealing with a variety of real estate matters, with specialisms in landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, estate management and development projects. Sophie’s client base includes PLCs, property investors, corporate occupiers, local authorities and registered housing providers.
Sophie adopts a pragmatic and commercial approach to advising clients to ensure that business objectives are achieved, and property interests are maximised. She works closely with the construction, planning and property litigation teams at Foot Anstey to ensure clients receive a complete service.
Outside of work, Sophie enjoys spending time exploring the coast with her young family.
