Rebecca is a Conveyancer within our Residential Conveyancing Team. She has experience in New Home purchases including Help to Buy, Affordable Housing (Including Shared Ownership) and Forces Help to Buy. Rebecca’s practice extends to Residential Sales and Purchases focusing on commercial clients, most of which are developing their property portfolios and want to work with a trusted supplier.
Rebecca has extensive working knowledge in acting for Lenders on purchases and sales, being able to identify and support individual Lender requirements, whilst appreciating the complexities involved with Lenders offering Buy to Let mortgages.
She recognises the importance of providing clear guidance to clients and prides herself on explaining everything simply, in an open and approachable manner. She is also mindful of the crucial role that prompt communication plays in transactions for both developers and clients and strives to ensure that target exchange and completion dates are being met.
