Gemma is a member of our employment team but leads on our Business Immigration practice. Gemma is often preparing sponsorship licence applications for our clients who wish to have access to the world-wide talent pool, drafting policies on sponsorship duties and responsibilities and providing hand-held services to navigate the online Sponsorship Management System.
More recently, Gemma has been advising on compliant right to work checks and providing practical advice on the various visitor routes into the UK. Gemma also prepares and reviews visa applications for clients under the Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility and Temporary Worker routes.
In addition, Gemma advises employers on all aspects of employment law including contentious and non-contentious matters. Gemma’s specialism of business immigration compliments her employment law experience. Gemma regularly delivers seminars and training on both employment and business immigration given that they are constantly evolving areas of law.
Outside the office, Gemma enjoys walks with her Labrador and playing sport with her son.
