Mike is a Legal Executive in our Employment team. He has experience advising clients on a range of employment and immigration matters, including day to day HR queries such as disciplinaries, managing sickness absences, grievances and redundancies, contract reviews, sponsor licence applications and supporting corporate deals. He has a particular interest and experience in dealing with Employment Tribunal claims, taking pride in providing clear and pragmatic advice to clients so that they can make an informed decision about how they want to resolve the dispute.
Outside of work Mike has a keen interest in fitness, so can often be found at a CrossFit class, running or playing rugby.
