Michelle is a Managing Associate in the firm’s Corporate team and has extensive experience handling a range of corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border private mergers, acquisitions and divestitures (on sell and buy side), portfolio disposals, fund investments, corporate restructuring and general corporate matters.
Michelle trained at and qualified into the Corporate team of an international law firm and prior to joining Foot Anstey, spent seven years in the UAE working in private practice at an international law firm and in-house in the legal team of a Dubai-based sovereign wealth fund. She also has experience in leading complex transactions with an international aspect and working alongside overseas counsel.
