- Advising a local authority in connection with a development acquisition of residential and employment land for a combined value of £6.6m and subsequent site set-up and sale of industrial and office units.
- Advising a global security manufacturer in connection with the acquisition of land for £775,000 for development of their UK headquarters with the works value of £4.7m. This was a high profile transaction and was of key strategic importance for the client.
- Property management work for a large clothing retailer in connection with contested and non-contested lease renewals, regearing and general property management.
- Acting for a high street lender in connection with a purchase of an entire shareholding of a dental surgery with the security package including the legal charge over the leasehold interest in the dental practice, debentures, personal guarantee and omnibus guarantee and set-off agreement.
