Marina is a member of the firm’s charity property practice, which advises charities, social enterprises, RPs and healthcare organisations in solving property related problems including title issues, freehold disputes, commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, business leases renewals and property related professional negligence.
Marina works closely with her clients to understand their specific needs and uses her specialist knowledge to achieve the best outcome for their organisation through clear and practical advice.
A recent highlight for Marina was assisting a number of national charities with issues arising from defective Overages with Additional Payments valued at approximately £2m.
In her spare time, Marina enjoys going to the theatre and walking in the beautiful Devonshire countryside with her husband and two children.
