Lucie is an Associate in the Commercial, Tech & Data team at Foot Anstey. She advises on a wide range of commercial law matters with a specific focus on data protection.
She is experienced in advising clients (in particular from a data protection angle) on the implementation of technology solutions often involving complex data flows, and in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of technology contracts, including SaaS and software licensing agreements.
In addition, she advises clients on a broad range of data privacy issues (including data protection audits, marketing-related queries, intra-group and third party data sharing arrangements, data subject access requests and data breaches) and has particular expertise in international data transfers.
