Lewis started his career in agency recruitment and quickly developed a keen interest in Early Careers. He enjoys supporting candidates with their job searches and is excited to have a very tangible impact on people’s future career journeys.
Outside of work, he has played rugby since the age of five and is currently playing for a local team in Bristol.
