He has acted for PE houses, institutional investors and corporates across a range of sectors including TMT, healthcare, financial services, real estate and infrastructure.
Lawrence trained and qualified into the private equity team at Herbert Smith Freehills where he acted for international and domestic PE houses, portfolio companies and management teams. He has also completed a client secondment at Man Group.
