Lauren is an Associate in our Employment team, having trained with the firm.
Lauren advises a range of clients on all aspects of employment law, including employment tribunal litigation, employee relations issues, disciplinary and grievance, performance management, workplace policies, employment contracts and consultancy arrangements.
Lauren also specialises in business immigration, advising clients on varied business immigration matters such as sponsor licence applications and right to work checks.
Prior to joining our Employment team, Lauren was seconded to a global retailer’s in-house legal team and has a broad background of legal experience in varied practice areas. Lauren utilises this experience to provide commercial and pragmatic legal advice and enjoys building close working relationships with clients such that she understands their business and can operate as an extension of their team.
