Laura Rajanah is a Principal Director and has dedicated 15 years of her career to the energy sector, supporting a wide range of clients on the real estate elements associated with energy projects. Laura supports clients on various energy sector and real estate related matters. She also has experience in the assembly of multi-landowner development sites and negotiation of option agreements and leases.
She has extensive experience working with clients on the development, construction and investment aspects of projects across UK. She has worked across a range of technologies, including:
- Onshore wind
- Solar (rooftop and ground based)
- Battery and storage solutions
- Electric vehicle charging networks
- Nuclear
- Offshore infrastructure
She has a particular focus on the co-location of technologies including hydrogen and working with clients to maximise their contribution to meet net zero targets.

- Advising a range of clients over a 15 year period in connection with the onshore development of solar, wind and battery storage projects
