Laura is an Associate specialising in employment and business immigration. Laura advises businesses on all aspects of employment law, including tribunal litigation, grievances, restructures, TUPE and senior exits.
As a member of the Private Equity team, Laura regularly advises businesses on the potential employment and business immigration implications of mergers and acquisitions, including providing strategic advice on post-acquisition integration. Laura also advises regulated clients in the financial services sector.
As part of her business immigration practice, Laura advises businesses on compliant right to work checks and those looking to access the international talent pool, including assisting with sponsorship licence applications and recruitment of migrant workers under the Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility and Temporary Work routes.
