Kristina is a Managing Associate in the Commercial team at the firm. She has extensive experience through a varied career working across private practice, government, regulators and in-house.
Kristina was head of the DPO function at Danske Bank and Durham University. Most recently she was in house at the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as the principal lawyer for cyber security regulation.
Through this experience she brings valuable insights into the ICO’s operations and approach when considering breaches of the legislation by businesses and reporting obligations.
