Joanna joined the firm in 2016 and has been an integral part of our Southampton team from the very start, leading on residential development work.
With her extensive sector knowledge Joanna offers clear, proactive advice to house builders and housing associations on all aspects of residential development. In particular, advising on site acquisitions, option agreements, promotion agreements and joint ventures.
Her proactive, personable approach and her ability to think outside the box quickly earn the trust of clients.
Joanna’s career highlight was advising a major developer on a circa £10m site acquisition involving multiple landowners and complicated overage terms.
When she’s not at work, she’s kept busy by her young children and loves family trips to Centre Parcs and spending weekends walking in the countryside.
