Jay is an Associate at the firm. He is a member of deal teams that advise on national and multi-jurisdictional private equity-backed transactions in the technology, life sciences and retail sectors.
Jay has acted for national and international clients on renewable energy projects, and has advised on corporate reorganisations and buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Outside of work, Jay enjoys playing the guitar, golf and surfing.

- Advising Hanover Investors Management and New Era Energy on their acquisition of Commercial Fuel Solutions, a UK-based engineering firm specialising in commercial refuelling solutions.
- Advising the shareholders of one of the UK’s leading specialists in two-wheeler insurance, Lexham Insurance Group, on its sale to the leading wholesale insurance broker in France and Europe, APRIL Group.
- Advising Waterland Private Equity on its investment into Further Group, with the triple acquisition of DesignStudio, Analog and Pixel Artworks aiming to diversity its portfolio across technology, fashion and travel.
