Heather has significant experience in high value and complex commercial litigation matters with particular expertise advising clients in the retail and consumer sector. She advises in-house lawyers, business owners and senior employees on a wide range of corporate and commercial disputes, including claims for and against suppliers and consumers, and boardroom disputes such as breaches of shareholder, director and partnership agreements.
Heather also represents companies and individuals on a wide range of professional negligence issues, with specialisms in claims against solicitors, insurers and accountants.
Heather acts for a broad range of clients based in the UK and overseas including individuals, entrepreneurial private companies and well-known national and international brands. Her clients get her involved in matters at an early stage, often seeking input on strategy and ways to avoid formal court proceedings where appropriate. However, Heather also regularly acts for clients with proceedings in the High Court and Court of Appeal, utilising a range of alternative dispute resolution methods where appropriate to settle disputes.

Outside of work, Heather is a car enthusiast and likes to stay fit by running.
