Emma is an Associate at the firm. She has significant experience in advising clients on Mergers & Acquisitions, as well as day-to-day corporate matters, such as investments, re-organisations and governance issues. Emma predominantly works with the shareholders and management of SMEs, operating regionally and nationally.
A work highlight of hers was assisting the shareholders of a family run holiday park chain with the sale of one holiday park to a private equity house as well as supporting the management team of an international professional services firm with the acquisition of a London-based media loss-adjusting company.
Outside of work Emma enjoys keeping fit and healthy with regular trips to the gym and a lot of dog walks.
