Daniel Kidson is a senior member of our Commercial Property team, and was instrumental in building the firm’s Southampton presence.
He is an expert in the development sector, and is responsible for acquiring land for residential development by housebuilders, including the preparation and negotiation of land contracts, transfers, options and overage agreements, title investigation, due diligence and advising on SDLT relating to land acquisition, among other tasks.
Daniel’s key area of interest is development and he particularly enjoys the assembly of sites for residential development. He is always keen to ensure that clients’ needs are met and that the work is done well, as well as keeping in mind the desired end result and finding a simple and practical way to get there.
In his spare time, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family in the great outdoors, and you can usually find him on a walk or camping trip.
