Claire is a Partner in the employment team who has significant experience advising employers on all aspects of employment law, specialising in national and international transactions, TUPE and outsourcings and post-acquisition integration. Claire regularly advises on board level employment and strategic issues, including senior exits and restructuring projects.
Prior to joining Foot Anstey, Claire worked for an international law firm for over 10 years and has significant experience advising large national and international companies.
Claire’s particular focus is advising private equity clients and their portfolio companies, working with them to achieve their value creation strategy throughout the investment lifecycle. Claire works closely with clients to understand their strategic aims, providing commercial and practical advice to navigate legal risk and achieve their objectives. Claire also regularly advises regulated clients in the financial services sector.
