Career & Experience
Beth is a Senior Associate in our real estate team, supporting clients on a wide range of commercial property transactions but with particular expertise on the real estate aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals within both the Private Equity sector and the firm’s Entrepreneurial Private Company practice. Beth has a particular focus on advising Private Equity backed portfolio companies on their real estate portfolios, including integration/consolidation projects.
Work highlights include:
- advised the shareholders of Helston Garages Group Ltd on all real estate aspects of the sale to Vertu for £182m
- advising L Catterton Europe on real estate due diligence for its acquisition of a significant minority shareholding in Little Moons
- advising Simply Conveyancing on all real estate aspects of its acquisition of Pirie Palmann Holdings Limited
- advising a local authority on the acquisition of strategic land to facilitate a £250m mixed use development
