Ben is an Associate in our Dispute Resolution team, specialising in financial services advice, receiverships and contractual disputes. He is committed to delivering a high-quality advisory service for clients and works with some of the UK’s biggest banks.
His specific areas of interest include financial services litigation, receiverships and recovery actions. During his time at the firm, he has successfully undertaken two secondments with a large UK banking client, helping him to fully understand the internal challenges our banking clients face and extend his knowledge of clients’ processes and procedures. Ben has also acted for numerous receiver clients across a wide range of appointments.
