Alexandra is a partner in our Commercial, Tech & Data team. She advises on all types of commercial agreements, balancing the commercial drivers behind projects with appropriate legal protection to minimise risk.
Alex specialises in advising clients who operate in the retail and consumer sector on contract and consumer law with a particular focus on complex supply agreements, agency and distribution arrangements, sponsorship and event agreements and long term framework contracts for the supply of goods and services. Alex brings extensive in-house experience to her role which enables her to articulate her legal advice in commercial, practical language and she tailors her approach to fit her clients’ needs, from Board level reporting to advice for specific departments across client organisations.
During interim roles as General Counsel for key retail clients, Alex has provided strategic advice on governance and compliance matters, including implementing frameworks to ensure accountability for GDPR compliance and ESG projects, alongside providing senior legal support for stakeholders during negotiations of business critical supply contracts for logistics, facilities management and IT solutions. Alex draws on insights gained from her in-house experience to deliver commercial, pragmatic advice and help clients achieve their strategic goals whilst minimising legal risk.
