Alex is a Senior Legal Operations Manager for Conveyancing Services providing operational and leadership support to multiple client service teams delivering residential conveyancing transactions across a number of our core Sectors. Alex has a keen focus on quality and delivery of services to clients, concentrating on continuous improvement, data analytics (assessing capacity and resources) and the development and deployment of new and innovative technologies to drive efficiencies and mitigate risk.
Alex leads our Shared Services team, who help to facilitate the delivery of large scale projects and who undertake core processes in support to the wider legal teams, particularly where there are peaks in work to meet client demand. With over 8 years of experience in the legal industry, Alex has held various roles and responsibilities within Conveyancing Services whilst progressing through to his current role, ensuring he has a clear understanding of what it means to represent Foot Anstey and the service we are committed to deliver.
Alex studied Operational Management via a Level 5 Apprenticeship with the firm, which has left him with a desire to use the experience he gained to benefit both our clients and the development of others within his team. Outside of work Alex enjoys kickboxing, the gym and trying to play the guitar
