Expertise
- Acting on behalf of a large shipbuilding business, successfully defending trade union detriment, unfair dismissal and discrimination claims in the Employment Tribunal and obtaining a favourable costs award.
- Assisting with the amalgamation of two north west housing associations to help create one of the region’s largest housing groups.
