What’s it like to work in our Corporate Team?

Our Corporate team advises significant international, national and regional clients on increasingly complex transactions and has grown in size in recent years. The team has generated 80% growth over the past 5 years and can demonstrate deep specialisms and clear national differentiators in many of its chosen areas of focus. We were recently awarded Regional Legal Adviser of the Year at The Real Deals Private Equity Awards 2020.

What are the team's focus areas?

The core transactional Corporate team has focused on three distinct differentiators – larger Corporates, Entrepreneurial Private Companies (EPCs) and Private Equity. Junior corporate lawyers are encouraged to work across all three areas whilst they develop their own practice plans.
