Top tips for: completing your online assessment and video interview

Our online assessment and video interview are designed to assess your potential. We’ll ask you a series of questions to get a sense of your situational judgement, problem-solving skills, and behavioural traits.

  • Make sure you are intentional and put aside sufficient time to complete the assessment at a time you feel ready to approach it.
  • Do the assessment in an environment that you can concentrate in – somewhere quiet without distractions.
  • Make sure you have a device that has a working camera and microphone before you start the video interview.
  • Have a rehearsal using our practice assessment here before you take your live online assessment and video interview.

And remember, you don’t have to complete all the elements in one sitting! You can log in, complete some, save your progress and then come back to pick up where you left off.
