Foot Anstey's Corporate team reports strong deal activity in 2022

The Corporate team at national law firm Foot Anstey LLP has reported a strong 2022, having seen a rise in demand and deal completions throughout the past year.

Members of the team at Foot Anstey specialise in advising and working collaboratively with Entrepreneurial Private Companies (EPC), on a local and national basis, for example one of the team's highlights in 2022 include advising the shareholders of Totnes-based Naturesave Policies Ltd, the UK's leading green and ethical insurance provider, on its sale to Lloyd & Whyte Ltd, the Taunton-based financial planning and specialist insurance service company.

A further example of the team's specialism in advising EPCs is the work completed for an investment from Connection Capital to support a management buyout of Silverfish UK, the Cornwall-headquartered Mountain bike supplier.

Most recently, Corporate and Private Wealth lawyers at the firm advised the shareholders of Helston Garages Group Ltd on multiple corporate transactions.
