Foot Anstey strengthens its Affordable Housing team with the appointment of new Legal Director – Paul Butterworth
Foot Anstey has welcomed Paul Butterworth as a Legal Director. Paul is a talented housing lawyer and a recognised name in the Affordable Housing sector.
Paul brings to the firm over three decades of sector experience. His specialisms include regeneration, regulation, development, and funding, and he has acted on some of the biggest housing schemes in London and the South East.
He acts for registered housing providers, local authorities, and other housing developers on major regeneration and development projects.
Paul is the Lead for the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) South West and will work alongside Partner Lara Borrett-Lynch in the firm's Affordable Housing team.
Paul joins the firm from Ashfords and was previously a senior property partner at TLT, where he headed the Social Housing team and was Joint Head of the Housing Sector.
