Foot Anstey reappointed to refreshed legal panel for VIVID Homes to address shortage of affordable housing in the South

VIVID Homes is the sixth largest developer of new homes amongst housing associations in England whose mission is to build 17,000 new homes in the next 10 years. Foot Anstey were first appointed to their legal panel in 2016 to provide a range of development and property related services. Following a competitive tender process, the firm has been reappointed to their refreshed legal panel to support them with their development and property sales needs. 

Advice from Foot Anstey will be led by Lara Borrett-Lynch, Head of Affordable Housing, and supported by specialists across our multi-discipline developer sector.
