Foot Anstey named a finalist at this years’ South West Business Insider’s Dealmaker Awards

Our Corporate team has been shortlisted for two awards at this years' South West Business Insiders Dealmaker Awards, including the Corporate Law Firm of the Year category.

Insider's South West Dealmakers Awards is a landmark event in the professional services and corporate finance calendar and celebrate the achievements of the region's leading businesses.

This year's event will be the 15th anniversary of the awards and will be hosted at the Bristol Marriott City Centre Hotel in September 2021.

Entrants to the Dealmaker Awards must demonstrate how they have added value and contributed to the region over the last 12 months.

Highlights from Foot Anstey's entry for the Corporate Law Firm of the Year Award included:

  • Advising the shareholders of Suttons Seeds Limited in November 2020.
  • Advising the shareholders of Hawksmoor Group Ltd in March 2021.
  • Acting for Innova Capital Ltd on the acquisition of 5MW solar park in December 2020.
  • The Private Equity Team winning the Regional Legal Adviser of the Year at the 2020 Real Deals' Private Equity Awards.
  • Acting for the shareholders of K2 Medical Systems Holdings Ltd.
