Foot Anstey apprentice awarded apprenticeship accolade by Kiwi Education

Southampton-based apprentice at Foot Anstey LLP has been awarded the Star Award by Kiwi Education, the top-ranking training provider which is also based in the south coast city.

Rose Martin, who is now a Business Services Assistant at the firm, started her Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship in August 2021 at the firm. Rose decided to undertake an apprenticeship because she felt that a practical style of learning would be better suited to her and enable her to achieve the career she wanted.

Throughout the apprenticeship Rose has learned valuable skills and honed on these skills by applying them within Foot Anstey. She was nominated by her apprentice trainer, who supported Rose in achieving a distinction overall.

When asked about receiving the award Rose said: "I could not have achieved this award without the support from the firm and my team, especially my manager Kathi, they all pushed me to put my learnings into practice. Receiving this award is recognition of the hard work I have put into achieving the best result I could from this apprenticeship, I would also like to thank Michael Steel, Managing Director, at Kiwi for giving me the award."

Charlotte Ndupuechi, Corporate Trainer at Kiwi, commented: "It was a pleasure to work with Rose. I saw her confidence grow as she learn more about the company and her customer service skills developed. She was a very hard-working learner and would always complete tasks on time and to a good standard. I was so please that she achieved a distinction. I am very proud of her and wish her all the best for the future."
