Foot Anstey appoints Investec CFO to support strategic growth ambitions

Foot Anstey LLP has appointed Brian Johnson as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Brian brings with him a wealth of experience from his distinguished career in global financial services, and is set to play a crucial role in supporting Foot Anstey’s strategic growth ambitions.

Brian joins Foot Anstey from Investec Bank plc, where he served as CFO for the FTSE 250 listed UK bank. During his time at Investec, Brian was instrumental in driving the company’s significant expansion. Under his financial leadership, Investec transformed from a small, founder-led bank into the 13th largest UK specialist banks, with over 2,500 employees across multiple international locations.

With more than 20 years of experience in global investment banking and wealth management, Brian has successfully led finance teams across the globe. His expertise in financial strategy, risk management, and capital optimisation has made him a trusted advisor and leader in his field.
