National law firm, Foot Anstey has been reappointed by the National Farmers' Union (NFU) to its legal panel of expert law firms.
Foot Anstey will be working closely with the NFU to support its members.
The NFU represents more than 46,000 farming and growing businesses Its purpose is to champion British agriculture and horticulture, to campaign for a stable and sustainable future for British farmers and to secure the best possible deal for its members.
Across the South West the NFU represents nearly 9,000 farming member businesses. Foot Anstey will be the nominated panel firm providing a comprehensive service for those in Devon and Cornwall, encompassing all areas of law relevant to farming and growing, including succession planning, diversification, renewable energy, dispute resolution, planning, probate, family and conveyancing.
Legal advice from the firm will be led by Edward Venmore, Partner and Head of Farms, Estates and Rural Land. The work for the NFU and its members will be carried out by experts across Foot Anstey who form the full-service of the firms Private Wealth offering.
