Foot Anstey advises on the majority sale of Push Gaming Holding p.l.c.

The Corporate team at national law firm, Foot Anstey LLP, has advised the shareholders of Push Gaming Holding p.l.c., a global game developer, on its majority sale to the LeoVegas Group, the Swedish mobile gaming company and part of the MGM Resorts International group.

Founded in 2010 by Winston Lee and James Marshall, Push Gaming is one of the industry's leading developers of digital games. Push Gaming delivers high-quality gaming content to players around the world and over 200 operators globally.

As part of the sale to LeoVegas Group, Push Gaming co-founders Winston Lee and James Marshall will remain as COO and CEO respectively and Push Gaming will still operate as an independent entity. The gaming company's management team and 100+ employees, who are based in numerous jurisdictions including Malta, the UK and Ukraine, will continue to develop high-quality games distributed via the company’s platform and remote gaming server (RGS).
