Foot Anstey advises New Era Energy on its acquisition of Commercial Fuel Solutions
The firm's Private Equity sector team advises on a significant deal that will drive sustainable energy growth, setting new industry standards.
National law firm Foot Anstey has advised New Era Energy, a leading commercial fuel and lubricants supplier, and Hanover Investors Management on its acquisition of Commercial Fuel Solutions, a UK based engineering firm specialising in commercial refuelling solutions.
The partnership will create a powerhouse in sustainable energy solutions by combining New Era Energy’s extensive distribution network and diverse product portfolio with the industry-leading expertise of Commercial Fuel Solutions in hydrogen and low-carbon AdBlue® technologies.
The Foot Anstey team included Dominic Cromwell (Principal Director), Jay Eng (Associate), Chloe-Ann Roberts-Hawkey (Associate) and Becca Willis (Trainee Solicitor).
