The Private Equity team at national law firm, Foot Anstey LLP has supported and advised Kocho Group Holdings on its acquisition of Mobliciti Holdings Ltd and its subsidiary Mobliciti Ltd.
Kocho Group Holdings was born through uniting TiG, a leading cloud transformation and managed services providers, with Thirdspace, the experts in identity and cyber security, and it has made its mission to amplify client's success ever since.
The acquisition of Surrey-based Mobliciti will help accelerate Kocho's organic growth strategy and further enhance Kocho's offerings to clients with a complete range of secure device management solutions. Mobliciti is an award-winning manager service provider that specialises in enterprise mobility, security and wireless connectivity solutions.
The Foot Anstey team included Adam McKenna (Partner), Katie-Jane Rees (Partner), Emma Robinson (Associate) and Caitlin Shasby (Solicitor). The team advised Kocho Group Holdings on the legalities of the deal including the refinancing of its current facilities with Santander to achieve the result all parties wanted.
