Foot Anstey advises Dext Software’s Management team on sale to IRIS Software

National law firm Foot Anstey has advised the Management team of Dext Software, a global provider of accountancy, education management, HR, and payroll solutions, in connection with the sale by Hg Capital and its affiliated investment funds and Insight Partners (a minority shareholder) of Dext to IRIS Software Group.

The sale will unite two sector-leading cloud-based platforms – Dext’s Bookkeeping Automation Platform and IRIS Elements – to deliver a complementary and fully integrated, end-to-end solution for accountants, bookkeepers, and businesses. 

The Foot Anstey team was led by Partner and Head of Private Equity, Matthew Stoate, and supported by Jay Eng, Associate.
