Advantage South West adds Foot Anstey LLP to two of its legal panels

Advantage South West has appointed Foot Anstey LLP, to its 'Development New Build' and 'General Property' legal panels.

Advantage South West, which delivers better social housing through collaborative working in the South West, is owned by four housing associations and currently has multiple members from across the South West supporting its goal of achieving affordable social housing in the region.

Foot Anstey will join six other law firms on the 'Development New Build' panel and three other law firms on the 'General Property' panel. Foot Anstey's experts are able to assist on all legal work around Advantage South West's Members’ development of new build housing.

Advice from the law firm will be led by Patrick Wetherall (Partner and the firm's Developer sector lead) on the 'General Property' panel, Marina Wickens (Legal Director) on the 'Development New Build' panel, with Lara Borrett-Lynch (Legal Director) supporting on both panels. Rebecca Kibby (Partner and Head of Conveyancing Services) will be advising on all conveyancing matters for both panels.
