At the end of the week, you will join and take part in an assessment centre day and, if successful, you will be offered a training contract. Yes. As a firm we recruit contextually taking into account factors such as the school or college a candidate has attended and the average grades achieved in that year. Every application is personally reviewed by a member of the team; in the spirit of being refreshingly human your academics would not be the sole factor in our decision.
Internal applicants are encouraged to apply for our Aspire programme or the direct training contract.
Due to the one-week duration of the programme, we require successful individuals to have eligibility to work during their vacation scheme. We are able to support work permits for those offered training contracts.
Please enter your qualifications (including the scores that you have) as normal. You do not need to convert your grades to the UK equivalent, we will do this for you.
