- Acting for a registered provider acquiring 80 units on a large consortium led scheme in Devon for additional affordable housing, demonstrating strength dealing with complex consortium led and multiple title acquisitions.
- Acting for a registered provider acquiring 195 units for a 100% affordable scheme under an unconditional land and build agreement. The acquisition was a sub-sale arrangement and Georgina facilitated a fast transaction to ensure simultaneous exchange and completion.
- Acting for a registered provider acquiring 28 age restricted units through a golden brick agreement and subsequent development agreement.
