Jade has a range of experience advising on the site set up of residential development sites for a number of national housebuilders, SME regional developers, registered providers, retirement and later living providers, and boutique luxury developers.
Jade has dealt with residential developments that are a mixture of freehold and leasehold properties, Help to Buy, Shared Ownership, and other government schemes which include affordable housing and age restricted properties.
Jade also leads the Later Living sector to help clients realise their potential across extensive practice areas.
Jade also has experience with advising clients on ad hoc projects such as their registration of government schemes such as the Help to Buy Equity Loan, Building Safety Act 2022, and Transfer of Common Parts to Management Companies.
In her spare time Jade enjoys walking with her cockapoo Barney, spending time with family and friends, going to yoga classes and keeping fit.
