Foot Anstey appoints Linklaters's Felix Hebblethwaite as Group HR Director

Foot Anstey has appointed Felix Hebblethwaite as its new Group HR Director. Felix will join the firm in April after 18 years with Linklaters and will be based from Foot Anstey's Bristol office.

Felix will take leadership of the HR function which is responsible for helping to achieve the firm’s vision and strategy and growing a culture to help talented people succeed and achieve their potential.

Felix has worked across a broad range of senior HR roles at Linklaters and he has a particular focus on recruiting diverse talent and creating an inclusive workplace. During his time at the firm, Felix has led on the introduction of the Linklaters Women’s Leadership Programme, developed a strong focus on social mobility and successfully achieved ethnicity recruitment targets.  

Foot Anstey's Martin Hirst, who will become the firm's Managing Partner on 1 May 2022, said: "This is an exciting and important hire for Foot Anstey.
