Emily’s previous role involved working with and advising national homebuilders in a plot sales conveyancer role.
She has experience in dealing with large sites which were developments creating new towns (intending to be over 5000 plots) as well as smaller more intimate sites. She has also dealt with shared ownership, help to buy, part exchange properties and assisted with site set-up enquiries as well as drafting of documents/Deeds. Prior to that job, Emily worked with assisting purchasers in relation to freehold, leasehold purchases as well as re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
Outside of work she is a keen horse rider and enjoys a lot of walking with her dog as well as visiting her family back home in Kent.
