Career & Experience
Neil has extensive experience of advising on contentious employment law situations, including the defence and pursuit of litigation in the Employment Tribunal relating to unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, discrimination and breach of contract. Neil’s experience also includes advising corporate clients on the employment aspects of business transactions and supporting employers with the full range of HR issues.
Neil enjoys problem solving. He works closely with clients to find robust but pragmatic solutions to challenging employment situations, that achieve strategic objectives, whilst minimising exposure to legal and commercial risks.
Neil has played a variety of sports over the years, including rugby and ice hockey. These days, he has retired from contact sports and stuck with the less risky pursuit of surfing.
