Arron is an Associate in the Farms, Estates and Rural Land team. He advises clients on dispute avoidance and resolution relating to agricultural land and businesses, including agricultural tenancy disputes, partnership dissolutions, rights of way and proprietary estoppel claims.
Arron has been at the firm since he was a trainee solicitor and regularly works with specialist lawyers from across the Private Wealth Sector and the wider firm to deliver practical solutions to complex agricultural disputes.
Arron’s recent experience includes:
- Settling a long-running family dispute involving a proprietary estoppel claim being made over our clients’ entire farm.
- Successfully defending a right of way claim at trial and then on appeal.
- Advising clients on a complicated and high-value agricultural partnership dissolution.
Outside of work, Arron can be found running and cycling his way around Bristol and the surrounding countryside.
