Apply nowWe have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Associate or Managing Associate to join our Commercial Litigation department, working alongside Jan Levinson and the wider team. Based from our Manchester office, this is an excellent opportunity to work with household name clients as part of an ambitious team.
What you will do
You will have a varied and complex commercial litigation caseload with the exciting opportunity to have exposure to sport, defamation, privacy, data and tech disputes. You will be advising clients of varying size and complexity and working with inhouse legal teams, acting for clients in both claimant and defendant roles.
We will actively support and encourage you to engage in profile building and networking activities from the outset. Our client relationships are incredibly important to us, and you will be encouraged to develop strong and lasting professional relationships with new and existing clients and gain the insights and expertise needed to offer hands on, practical advice to them on an ongoing basis.
What we’re looking for
With at least 5 years’ experience post-qualification, you will have gained a strong grounding in general Commercial Litigation work and are accustomed to running your own complex caseload.

With your level of experience, you will be supporting the development of junior fee earners in your current role and be positive and approachable in doing so.
