Foot Anstey appoints new Principal Director to Developer team in Guildford
Foot Anstey continues to grow its real estate offering with the arrival of Principal Director Mark Holloway, who will operate from the firm's new Guildford hub.
Joining from Clyde & Co, Mark is a property lawyer with strong expertise in residential and commercial development and real estate matters.
He advises residential and commercial developers in relation to development projects and also has extensive experience in the Build to Rent (BTR) sector where he advises developers and BTR landlords.
His experience includes providing expert advisory services on major real estate projects, including site acquisitions, funding and disposal, investment purchases and asset management for developers and Local Authorities.
Projects have included advising a BTR developer and landlord on a joint venture involving multiple redevelopment projects around London, numerous commercial and mixed-use development projects, advising a Local Authority on a multi-let commercial office portfolio, the acquisition of a significant West London mixed-use regeneration site and various town centre redevelopments. Additional services have involved managing lease restructuring, relocations, and the management of a national retail portfolio.
Mark will work alongside Partner Phil Brown in the Real Estate team.
