Foot Anstey advises Isopharm Laboratory on the sale of its water testing business to Eurofins

Foot Anstey has advised Isopharm Laboratory on the sale of its water testing business to Eurofins Food & Water Testing UK - part of international life sciences company Eurofins Scientific. 

Foot Anstey's Private Equity team advised Isopharm on the transaction. Led by Principal Director Emma Clayton with support from Megan Berry, Kirsty Poulton, Beth Nash, Emma Harris, Claire Holland, Hannah Batten, Beth Horsham and Ashley Avery. The transaction is the first Foot Anstey have completed for Isopharm, but marks another deal completed for the wider Agilio group. Foot Anstey previously supported Agilio Software on its acquisitions of iatro Partners and Colourful CPD.

Isopharm laboratory offers an extensive range of chemical and microbiological testing services. In the last six years, the laboratory has grown to become one the UK's leading UKAS accredited testing providers to the healthcare decontamination market.

Its sale to Eurofins will allow it to continue to grow its laboratory team and the scope of its testing, adding a new level of innovation, quality, and service excellence to its offerings.
